Problem

Lovis Roots wanted to bring authentic Indian spices and herbal blends directly from farms to global consumers. They needed a brand-forward e-commerce experience that told their farm-to-table story, supported subscriptions for recurring orders, handled both domestic (Razorpay) and international (Stripe) payments, and managed complex inventory across seasonal harvests.

Solution

We built a storytelling-driven e-commerce platform with rich product narratives, farm traceability pages, and a subscription engine for recurring spice box deliveries. The platform integrates Razorpay for INR payments (UPI, net banking) and Stripe for global transactions. A custom admin panel manages seasonal inventory, subscription cycles, and harvest schedules.

Outcome

Launched in 4 weeks. The subscription model achieved 35% recurring revenue within the first month. Farm traceability pages increased average session duration by 3x. The client now manages 200+ SKUs across 3 harvest seasons through a single dashboard.

Key Highlights

Dual Payment Gateway
