Problem

The client needed a premium digital storefront to sell premium Kerala spices to international buyers — with multilingual readiness, secure payments, and a fully operational admin panel to manage products, orders, and shipping. They were operating on WhatsApp and spreadsheets with no digital presence.

Solution

We built a full-stack Next.js application with a consumer-facing storefront, Stripe-powered checkout supporting 135+ currencies, and a custom admin dashboard. The system handles inventory, order tracking, buyer management, and product media — all from a single unified interface. Deployed on VPS with Docker, Nginx reverse proxy, and PM2 for zero-downtime deployments.

Outcome

Delivered in 3 weeks. The client launched with a fully operational store serving buyers across 5 countries, with zero reliance on third-party platforms or ongoing developer dependency. The admin panel reduced order processing time by 80%.

Key Highlights

Custom Admin Panel

Full CRUD for products, orders, buyers, shipping, and analytics — 12 modules in one dashboard.
